Thread Question:

I installed this game Need for speed NFS Underground 2 and everytime i ran this i get "speed.exe has encountered an error and needs to close" and then it crashes back to desktop. My system specifications are AMD sempron 1.8, 512 ram, Geforce fx 5200 and winxp professional with direct x 9.0c. Earlier this game ran fine with my 128 mb ati video card. i need to fix this problem soon.

the most likely culprit i think is your geforce drivers? I am 99% sure that you have not updated your drivers to latest. Updating your fx 5200 drivers should fix your problem.
