Please help...

I am having a problem with installing COD4 Modern Warfare. The Disc 1 labeled COD4_MW_DVD_1 runs fine. However, once it asks for the 2nd disc and I insert it. The installation doesn't recognize that it is the correct disc. Once I insert the disc, it just opens the content which is Folder2 and inside that folder is a file with an md0 format. below is the message I received after running disc1

Error: Please insert COD4_MW_DVD_2

Orginally, the 2nd disc is labeled COD4_DVD2. I tried renaming it but since the disc is already full, it doesn't allow me to do so. I already tried using Daemon Tools and mount the 2nd disc but still did not resolve the problem. I badly need your help guys.. huhuhuhuhu
