Thread Question:

GTA San Andreas works perfectly on my PC but at times when some people or cars gets crowded, the game slows down and lags. Although i changed the resolution to 640x480 the problem still persists. Although i have my pc specifications perfectly suited for requirements of game, i could not fix this anomaly. My pc is AMD Sempron 1.8Ghz, 512MB DDR RAM, ATI Radeon 9200 128MB AGP Card, Creative Blaster, Windows XP SP2, Direct X 9.0c

Any workaround solutions..

It is a bit weird that your pc runs the game with good specifications. The factors could be frame rate and draw distance. try to work around these stuff.

Turn off the frame limiter as it sets itself default to 25 fps, which might get you little bit of performance boost.
