Loaded game twice and this thing crashes in Single Player Mode with a DirectX 9(C) error. Multiplayer mode works fine most of the time. ATI Radeon 9250, 512MB Ram

hey, most of time cod2 runs without any problems. i had ati radeon 9200 see and works fine. looks like you have to reinstall your direct x installation. make sure that you update latest directx 9c comes with your cd. are you sure that typing dxdiag shows direct x version as direct x 9.0c.????
