Bf2 Problems : its crashhhhing

Thread Question:

am using ATI 2600 pro 512 mb pci e with 1.5 gb ram
playing well with crysis.
battlefield 2 starts but after paying for 3-4 minutes it freezes the screen go black and i have to restart my computer.

i have already pached the game ,my drivers are uoto date hotfix 8.45 for windows xp.

Can anybody solve my problem ?

install windows xp sp2+ or vista. see if this solves the problem
