Thread Question:

When trying to join an online game or local game, the game crashes with the following error code: Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0X000000D1 (0XE2854AD0 X 0X00000000, 0X8192AEDA)
Already updated the GFX to latest on NVIDIA site, Motherboard Bios is up to date as well. Tried running the system on an older FX5200 GFX card but still experience the same problem. Reinstalled the game twice, and tried running it unpatched, and installed it on a new different partition. Still no luck. Any help is appreciated.

768 Mb Ram

First make sure that your game runs on 800x600 @ 60hz.
I think that there might be a problem with your RAM or virtual memory settings Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. see: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810093

I am not sure if i can remember that somewhere it was suggested if you have excessive of 512 RAM your RAM stick cause problems with bf2. try to remove one of the RAM stick to make 512 ram. this just might resolve your problem and worth a try.

Thanks for the reply pbu. I disabled then enabled virtual memory and then fired up the game and it worked!! But after a restart it was back to the BSOD so i ran a hdd diagnostic utility, apparently the hdd failed the Raw Read Error Rate, this might be the root of all the problems, so will have to RMA the hdd and try the new hdd.
